There are many management and control models adopted and promoted by leading organisations such as RIBA, Network Rail, London Underground and Tier 1 Contractors. Many of these have been developed with, and are recommended by, professional bodies that include the Infrastructure and Projects Authority (IPA), the Association of Project Management (APM) and the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).
